AEDC Mobile (Current Version 2.00) is a complimentary application developed by Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC) for Android devices. This app is designed to facilitate customers in managing their account information while providing clarity on their interactions with AEDC. It is noteworthy that the current iteration of the application includes fundamental features, with plans for expansion in upcoming versions.

Current Features:

• Ability to register for an online account, which is necessary for app access
• Verification of email address to activate the online account
• Login functionality post-registration
• Option to link multiple customer accounts to the online account
• Access to transaction history
• Overview of registered complaints

To utilize the app, users are advised to follow these steps:

1. Install the application
2. Register for an online account
3. Verify your email address
4. Login to the app
5. Select the Account tab
6. Enter the contract number of the account you wish to link
7. Save to finalize the linking process
8. Select Transactions to view details for any linked account
9. Select Complaints to review details related to any linked account's complaints
